who else is invited to the party?
ask us directly! we wish we could invite everyone we love and care about but unfortunately we have constraints 😭 we’re happy to help you plan attendance though by talking through invite list with you 😌
what is the dress code?
we do not want you to buy anything new for this party! but we want you to feel incredible and also be able to dance in whatever you wear. so, what in your closet have you been wanting an excuse to wear? the vibe is: slightly nicer than if you were just going out to a bar on a friday—nati will not be wearing a wedding dress and claudio will not be wearing a black suit. 💃🏽🕺🏽🪩
can i bring my kids?
yes, but talk to us about it first! if your kid wasn’t named directly on the invite, we don’t have them in our head count for food (this is why we’d like to know if you want to bring them!). sociable cider werks is a family-friendly cidery (they’ve just asked us to make sure that no kids drink, so you know, don’t let your kids drink if they’re under 21!). so, we really want you all to think about the pros and cons to bringing the kids—if having the kids there will increase your ability to have fun, we are all for it!
can i bring a plus one?
no, but feel free to bring them to the smaller events or the afterparty! if we didn’t explicitly give you a plus one to the main event, it’s because of all the constraints we have on the main event. however, the beauty of taking advantage of the long weekend is that they could come to something else or just have a reason to hang out with you all weekend regardless of the main event.
if we have any last minute cancellations, we might also be able to extend the invite closer to the date, so just keep us informed. we also want to encourage all of you to think of plus ones beyond a romantic partner—if one of your friends or family members whom you haven’t seen in a long time has the weekend off and wants to hang out with you in minnesota for the weekend, bring them! tell us you brought them and if we have the flexibility to extend an invite, we’ll consider them equally.

we didn’t even bother to check with the cidery. when we asked, she just said: “i’d rather be asleep on my beanbag.” we tried to explain the meaning of the event, to which she replied “i don’t care about your hooman ceremonies! give me some chicken!” before biting us and storming out of the room. she’s the most ungrateful daughter we’ve ever had.
